Orders & Delivery

Ordering Roses:

Orders can be placed anytime for the following winter’s delivery (mid-June until late July). However, we recommend early ordering to avoid disappointment of varieties being sold out. At the time of ordering please list some acceptable substitutes of your choice. Substitutes will not be sent unless you have indicated this on your order form. We ship our roses nationwide, through-out New Zealand.

Dispatch Information:

All roses are couriered to your home as BARE-ROOTED plants, which are safely packed in boxes.

Freight:

South Island - $8.00 per order.
North Island - $9.00 per order.

Rural Delivery - add $3.00 per order
 

Confirmation of Orders and Payment:

After stocktaking in early January confirmation/invoices will be sent. Please pay on this invoice before 1 June.
Please note that supply is dependent on quality and quantity at lifting time in every case.

We accept cheque, Visa or MasterCard or, if buying at our nursery, cash.

Special Discounts:

The following discounts apply only when an initial order is placed, as discounts are not cumulative.
    Less 5% discount for 10-19 roses
    Less 10% discount for 20 or more roses

Our Guarantee:

In the exceptional case that a plant fails to grow in the summer after planting, please let us know. We will replace it free of charge or refund your cost, providing proper care has been given by you.

Roses in Pots:

Potted roses are available during spring and summer.
Prices for Potted Roses are $19.50 each.
Courier: South Island - $8.00 per order. North Island - $9.00 per order
