SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery Area:
We can deliver to any physical address within the North and South Island via a signature required courier services. This excludes Post Office Boxes or Private Bags. We cannot offer international delivery. If you wish to have authority to leave on your order. Please add this instruction to your order comments in the checkout. Please note, in these circumstances we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the items once they have been delivered.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are subject to courier availability and service times, we endeavor to have your orders to you in a reasonable timeframe. In the event you do not receive your order please contact us for more information.
Order information:
Orders can be placed anytime of the year. During the winter (end of May until late September) bare rooted roses will be available. During spring and summer, potted roses are supplied. Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible once your order has been processed.
Freight:
Roses:
Bare rooted roses: $30 each including GST.
Potted roses $40 each including GST.
Freight Calculations:
Bare rooted Roses @ $30 each incl GST
- Up to 10 bare rooted roses the freight will be $17.50. If RD add $10
- 10 bare rooted roses and more $30. If RD add $10
Potted Roses @40 each incl GST
- 1 potted rose the freight will be $15. If RD add $9.
- Up to 6 potted roses the freight will be $32.50. if RD add $10.
- Up to 12 potted roses the freight will be $65. If RD add $10.
- Up to 18 potted roses the freight will be $97.50. If RD add $10.
- More than 18 potted roses the freight will be $130.
Peonies:
Potted peonies @40 each incl GST
- 1 potted rose the freight will be $15. If RD add $10.
- Up to 6 potted roses the freight will be $32.50. if RD add $10.
- Up to 12 potted roses the freight will be $65. If RD add $10.
- Up to 18 potted roses the freight will be $97.50. If RD add $10.
- More than 18 potted roses the freight will be $130.
